Explanation:
Residents of Seacrest will start seeing the dredging ships and pipe right off of Ocean Beach 3 starting sometime next week. The replenishment will start going North from OB3 until they hit already replenished beaches in the Normandy area. Once that is completed, the replenishment crews will return to OB3 and work south towards Seacrest.
