Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Reminder

Residents who are interested in the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Elevation Program announced by Governor Christie on Monday, 7/22 in Brick Township MUST apply for the grant through the DCA website (www.renewjerseystronger.org), the hotline (855-SANDY-HM) or at the Housing Recovery Center (750 Vasser Avenue, Lakewood 08701) to be considered.

The Voluntary Participation Form submitted to the township IS NOT an application for the program and will not serve to register residents for consideration. Only residents who apply through the website, hotline or Housing Recovery Center will be considered for HMGP funding. Residents with questions should call the grant hotline 855-SANDY-HM.
