The Seacrest Beach Club Board of Directors has set our Annual Fall meeting date to be Saturday, August 29, 2020 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held utilizing a web based virtual meeting platform. This is the same system utilized for the Spring Meeting, with the same meeting facilitator; Shane Skwarek.
An email invitation with a link to the virtual meeting and detailed instructions will be sent shortly. You will be able to virtually attend the meeting via computer or telephone.
Elections of Board members shall take place at this meeting. Anyone interested in becoming a Board member should submit your interest/nomination to Eileen Barron via e-mail emb314@aol.com or via USPS to Seacrest Beach Club at PO Box 1032, Lavallette, NJ 08735. Deadline for mail in nominations is 8:00 am Saturday, August 22, 2020 or “from the virtual floor” during the virtual meeting. A list of nominees will be e-mailed and posted on the club bulletin board on the ramp after the deadline.
PLEASE NOTE: The Board did notify members in accordance with our Bylaws. The intent of the motion is to reinsert the height restrictions originally approved in 2014 that were inadvertently omitted in the 2019 Bylaws. We will call for a vote at the August 29, 2020 fall meeting.
Attached is a Bylaw voting ballot to be utilized by those members who are unable to attend the virtual meeting. This ballot is to be used for voting on proposed bylaw amendment(s). Please fill in the ballot to confirm your Bylaw vote. All Bylaw ballots, for those unable to attend the virtual meeting ONLY, shall be received no later than 8:00 am Saturday August 29, 2020 via:

- mailed via USPS to Seacrest Beach Club at PO Box 1032, Lavallette, NJ 08735
- e-mail of a signed scanned Ballot to Maureen O’Neill, Board Secretary at oneilmaureen@yahoo.com
